This listed property required complete renovation with new bathrooms, cloakroom, flooring and total re-decoration. Downstairs it needed new oak beams to be installed, new floor joists, lime rendering, new brickwork in defective areas and stone tiling throughout.
Much of the property was also opened up to give an open plan environment. The kitchen was refitted with new stone flooring, electrics and plumbing work, a new island and incorporated under floor heating in the kitchen and dining areas.
