PPS replaced all the timber framing and completely re-tiled the roofs to these two properties in Lumley Road, Emsworth.
The timber frames were rotten so had to be taken out and replaced with new wood. Roof tiling was then required to the whole structure, including decorative lead work around the chimneys, ridge tiles and all the guttering and downpipes.
